At Crave Kits, we work hard to get your high-protein treats delivered quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Crave Kits ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Crave Kits is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and contents.
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Crave Kits is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times.

Shipping Schedule To protect the quality of your order, we ship Monday–Wednesday mornings only. This ensures your package doesn't sit in a hot warehouse or delivery truck over the weekend.
Heat & Chocolate Chip Notice Our protein ball mixes contain chocolate chips which may arrive slightly melted due to heat during transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or final outcome of your mix. Once you prepare your protein balls and refrigerate them, they will set perfectly as intended.
