Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Crave Kits purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Food Product Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. This helps ensure the safety and quality of all products.

Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
